You will receive a confirmation message if the form is filled out correctly. Please make sure all required fields are filled out.

Payment deadline is 3 weeks before camp.
Registration Forms received after the deadline will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Fee for Camp (All Inclusive): $350.00 by e-transfer to payment@neurosurgerykids.com.

Please note that NO child shall be denied access to Camp Everest for financial reasons.
